Sung by Lily Mae Harrington
Episode Theatricality
Called Back Yes

Someone Like You was a last chance performance sung by Lily Mae in the seventh episode of the second season of The Glee Project, Theatricality. It was originally sung by Adele. This performance secured Lily a place for the next week's episode.

LyricsEdit

I heard that you're settled down
That you've found a girl
And you're married now

I heard that your dreams came true
Guess she gave you things
I didn't give to you

Nevermind I'll find someone like you
I wish nothing but the best for you too

Don't forget me I beg
I remember you said,
"Sometimes it lasts in love
but sometimes it hurts instead"

Nevermind I'll find someone like you
I wish nothing but the best for you too

Don't forget me I beg
I remember you said,
"Sometimes it lasts in love
 but sometimes it hurts instead"

TriviaEdit

  • Lily wore a black cocktail dress similar to the dresses worn in the "Rumour Has It/Someone Like You" performance on Glee.
  • Abraham wanted to do this song on The Glee Project, and screamed 'You gave it to her?' when Lily got this song.
  • This song is performed, as a mashup with "Rumour Has It," by Naya Rivera, Amber Riley, Heather Morris and Vanessa Lengies leading The Troubletones on Glee's Season Three episode "Mash Off."
