Baby, It's Cold Outside was performed by Cameron and Lindsay for their music video in the fifth episode of the first season of The Glee Project, Pairability. It was originally from the film Neptune's Daughter. The plot of the music video is that Lindsay wants to leave the "party," but Cameron doesn't want her to. Throughout the entire performance, both acted flirty. In the end, Lindsay surprises Cameron with a kiss (which was asked for but later edited out to make it seem like Lindsay just did it). Cameron felt as though he cheated on his girlfriend and calls his mom for advice.
Lyrics[]
Lindsay:
I really can't stay
Cameron:
Baby, it's cold outside
Lindsay:
I have got to go away
Cameron:
Baby, it's cold outside
Lindsay:
This evening has been
Cameron:
Was hoping that you'd drop in
Lindsay:
So very nice
Cameron:
I'll hold your hand, they're just like ice
Lindsay:
My mother will start to worry
Cameron:
Beautiful what's the hurry
Lindsay:
My father will be pacing the floor
Cameron:
Listen to the fireplace roar
Lindsay:
So really I'd better scurry
Cameron:
Beautiful please don’t hurry
Lindsay:
Well maybe just half a drink more
Cameron:
Put some records on while I pour
Lindsay:
The neighbors might think
Cameron:
But baby, it's bad out there
Lindsay:
Say what's in this drink?
Cameron:
No cabs to be had out there
Lindsay:
I wish I knew how
Cameron:
Your eyes are like starlight now
Lindsay:
To break the spell
Cameron:
I’ll take your hat, your hair looks swell
Lindsay:
I ought to say no, no, no, sir
Cameron:
Mind if I move in closer?
Lindsay:
At least I'm gonna say that I tried
Cameron:
What the sense of hurting my pride?
Lindsay:
I really can't say
Cameron:
Baby, don't hold out
Both:
Ooh baby it's cold outside
